Got Ideas? Wanna Share Ideas? Tap into Others' Ideas?

Do you have a lot of ideas but do not have time/skills to implement any of those ideas? Do you like to see your ideas developed?
Or, you have mad technical skills, but you are not so good at coming up with cool ideas and you would rather work on some body else's cool idea?
Or, you would love to share you ideas, you love telling or sharing the world with all your cool ideas and show other people how idea smart you are?
Or, you are running out of steam in coming up with new ideas and you could use some inspiration or you would like to tap into other people's brains to see what they are thinking of?

If you answered 'yes' to any of those questions, or just plain curious as to what the heck I am talking about, then you gotta to check out this web site:

Would you like to practice speaking a foreign language with the native speaker, but do not have the budget or time to go there?

Then check out the website SharedTalk
You can practice via text chat and voice chat. Last time I checked, they have members from 172 countries, speaking 113 languages. That is pretty impressive.

Programming Community Index

I was reading SD Times and came across this website: http://www.tiobe.com/index.htm?tiobe_index from TIOBE Software.

They publish an index for indicating the popularity of various programming languages. I was very surprised to C# in the 8th place.

It is a very interesting to see the trends in programming languages and I am sure it is very useful. It would be a good exercise to look at their historic projections and see how those projections stand out against the actual data.

There is lot more information presented here and I have not digested all of it yet and I am sure I would have more to say once I am done reading all that.
